Program Information
Churchill County Parks and Recreation is excited to once again offer SUMFUN Summer Day Camp Program. SUMFUN is a full summer of day camp running June through August. Each week includes a theme, snacks, games, activities, crafts, field trips and swimming.
SUMFUN goes swimming 2-3 days per week, this year swimming will take place at both the indoor and the outdoor pool. If you have any questions regarding swimming, please feel free to contact our office at (775) 423-7733 or the Aquatic Center at (775) 423-7091.
Pre-registration for each week is required
One-time registration fee: $15 (includes a SUMFUN T-shirt, required for field trips)
Weekly price: $85
Thursday Field Trips: $25.00 Field Trip Fee
Drop-in: $25 per day, pending space
To register, children must have been enrolled in grades Kindergarten through 6th grade for the 2023-2024 school year.

PLEASE NOTE: Participants are not permitted to register for field trips only or Wild Island Trip weeks only—if there are not enough bus seats on Wild Island weeks, those who have registered for only the Wild Island trip may be bumped and refunded to accommodate full-session participants.
